Reiki

Reiki is an holistic, non-invasive form of treatment that uses the natural energy within and around us all to heal naturally. There are 7 major chakras that relate to different parts of our body and emotional well being (similar to that of acupuncture) and if any of these chakras become blocked they can affect our physical and/or emotional health. Reiki works at cleansing and opening blocked chakras to restore optimum personal health.
Holistic Counselling & Hypnotherapy
Holistic counselling looks at the connection between mind, body and spirit to facilitate wellness; looking for the underlying causes of presenting problems for assessment and treatment using traditional counselling practises (including Gestalt Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Rogerian Therapy) as well as non-traditional healing modalities such as tarot, colour therapy, dream therapy, crystals & gemstones, art and regression therapy.
Hypnotherapy can be a powerful tool to help reprogram the mind to break unwanted or harmful patterns and behaviours, including addition. (Please note serious addictions, including drug/gambling/alcohol addiction, may be referred on to therapists that specialise in this field).
